What is Image Metadata (EXIF) and Why Should You Care?
The Hidden Story in Your Photos
When you take a picture with a modern smartphone or digital camera, the image file contains much more than just the visual pixels. It also embeds a wealth of hidden text data called Exchangeable Image File Format (EXIF) metadata.
What Does EXIF Data Contain?
