How to Convert iPhone HEIC Photos to JPG
What is a HEIC File?
High-Efficiency Image Container (HEIC) is a modern image format adopted by Apple for iOS devices. It offers incredibly high quality at half the file size of a traditional JPEG. This saves massive amounts of storage space on your iPhone and in iCloud.
The Compatibility Problem
Despite its efficiency, HEIC is not universally supported. If you try to upload a HEIC photo to a government portal, older websites, or send it to a Windows PC user, it often won't open or will be rejected by the system. Standardizing to JPEG is usually required.
How to Convert HEIC to JPG
